Studio Clearance Sale - Elaine Sheppard Bolt

Studio Clearance Sale

6th April 2024 10.30 - 4.30

I will be moving my studio to a new location this spring (read more about it below) and its going to be a big change, so I’m having a last-minute studio clearance sale before I go, offering some substantial discounts on my ceramics.

Visit the one-day sale on

6th April 2024 10.30 – 4.30

51 Providence Place, Brighton BN14GE

All the ceramics on sale will be older works, seconds and one-off pieces, and some of them really need to find a new home! It’ll be a no-frills event with no table cloths, nothing fancy, but it would be lovely to see you if you’d like to come and say hi before I leave Brighton, and maybe there’ll be something you’d like to take away with you.

If you get a chance, drop me an email to let me know you’re coming elaine@elainesheppardbolt.com or feel free to pop in.

Studio Move

Spring 2024

So… After eight amazing years in my studio at Atelier 51 in central Brighton, I’m now heading out. I’ve moved house to a place on the edge of Ditchling Common and plan to set up my studio in a fantastic barn on this lovely site. It was already being used as an artist’s studio by the previous owners and I’m now the lucky custodian. I’ve got some work to do to make it mine and work out what fits where, but It’s going to be a great new space for me to work, and teach in.

I’ll keep you posted on how it all goes, but for now, here are some photos of the new place.

My studio neighbour at Atelier 51, Silvia Kamodyová will be expanding her studio into my old space in Brighton and has lots of exciting plans, so keep an eye on her progress too.

I’m not moving too far, so I can keep in touch with friends from Lewes and Brighton as well as making new ones in the Ditchling area, and starting a new adventure there.

Keep an eye on my instagram feed and my newsletters for updates on what’ll be going on in the new studio.
